This is considered a "short" bus which makes it easier for maneuvering around city streets and smaller campgrounds yet solid in stature for holding the highway in any weather.

Equipped with a 2" Receiver and an 1 1/4" Receiver also. Wired for a Tow Vehicle.

Have you visited your local MH dealer Yet?

Why would anyone pay upwards of $200,000 for a Coach when...............

Registration fees on New Coaches are excessive!

In Maine where TAXES are very high, this coach costs less than $300 per year to tag (includes excise tax)

New Coach warranty is written with 1 year bumper to bumper coverage! (most folks wont do 10,000 miles in 5 years)

Most every item on this coach is of RESIDENTIAL HOME BUILDING quality and was installed as new (2004).

Insurance premiums for coverage on a $200,000 coach is unbeleivable!

This coach carries Comprehensive and Collision (w/ $50,000 total loss guarantee) as well as Liability Insurance for $600 per year.

At $30,000, lower registration fees, lower insurance fees, and a first class coach, lower maintenance fees, you can't beat this investment if your life depended on it.

Work on this coach was started  in 2002.  Are you looking for a coach that is 99% complete so that you do not have to invest months or years into building one from scratch?  This bus was looked over from front to back.  This engine has been rebuilt approx 21,000 miles ago (out of the chassis) and I have the documentation to show it.  All of the old fiberglass was removed.  The structure was opened right to the outer skin.  It was repainted with primer on the inside to insure that no bare metal was exposed to the air.  The inside was foamed completely with 2 inches of Handi-Foam including the walls and ceiling.  The floor was insulated with a 1" solid foam core board and then covered with 1/2" plywood, walls and ceiling also.  The bus includes 3 electrical systems, 24 VDC chassis system,  12 VDC house system which feeds a 120 VAC system inverter.  Except for the fact that the bus is a 1979 MCI chassis,  the "Coach" portion of this bus is literally brand new.  The work ( 2 years worth ) is near complete except for cosmetics.  There are a lot of coaches available  but only those built as a bus in the first place gives you the security and feeling of safety.  This bus is a 35 foot coach with Power Steering, Automatic Transmission and Air Brakes.  The bus has 6 brand new 22.5 inch Firestone Highway Bus Tires.  Are there any things left to do?  Sure, there is always something left to do.  You decide!  However I doubt that you would want to make changes.  We all want to customize our own coach with certain items.  Of course you may not want to once you see the new wallpaper, new Italian Porcelain floors, new sculptured berber rugs, new porcelain bath fixtures, new Peninsula double pane, smoke gray glass, tempered, slider windows with slider screens, a  new "Carrier" 15,000 BTU A/C, new Winegard VHS adjustable antenna, new 20 inch remote control TV, new VCR, new DVD, new LCD Backup Monitor and new NightVision/Daylight Rear Backup Camera.  The coach is prewired for a satellite dish connection right along side the 120 VAC plug in and water inlet to the coach.  There is also a brand new GE Spacemaker Microwave, a Frigidaire 5.0 cu ft 120vac refrigerator and freezer and a new FlexSteel Magic Bed which sleeps two guests. The Master bedroom has ample storage including two personal his/hers shirt closets, bedside drawers, under bed storage and over the headboard storage for linen, sheets, bed covers and clothing.  And how about an over the bed lighted mirror and hidden mood lighting all around the room?  The windows in the bed space are huge to allow ample sunlight in and to give you a place to rest and read while riding the highways toward your destination. This coach has a compartment for the Sealand Porcelain flush.  Don't you hate those coaches that have a flush right out in the middle of the master suite?  All of the lighting is 120 VAC halogen fixtures.  Once you "plug" in the bus,  all of the lighting and receptacles and electronics are powered by shore power.  On the road, the 120 VAC is supplied from a Freedom 458, 2000 Watt inverter.  The 12 VDC house system is charged while on the road using a VANNER 100 amp equalizer. This coach also has an ONAN Model 6300 Emerald Plus genset producing 6300 Watts mounted on a roll-out carriage for easy maintenance.  This coach carries 100 gallons of fresh water for all your water needs. The plumbing has many valves placed on a manifold alongside 2 water filters that provide clean water.  An electronically controlled propane fuel 6 gallon water heater provides all the hot water.  The kitchen sports a 4 burner propane fuelled stove with a baking oven for the cook in your family.  The kitchen counter has a cover designed to fit over the stove for ample counter top should you not have a need for the stove at every meal.  The kitchen counter has a 16" bar type sink with bar type faucet.  The counter top is lighted for a bright and inviting food prep area.  Any other cabinetry?  Absolutely.  The living space has many storage cabinets around the side and front of the coach for storing books, maps, crafts or whatever.  This coach has all of it's cabinetry built of Hard Rock Maple and Birch panels giving it a bright and light inviting atmosphere.  No dark corners or drab rooms.  The living space windows are huge.  Roughly 3 foot tall and 6 foot long on both sides of the coach, there are real picture window effects.  You do not have to find the window first to see a sight as is the case in many other coaches.  How about electronic door entry locks?  Yes, they are installed.  This coach is first class.

Reason for selling: I am now preparing to do a conversion on an MCI Renaissance Chassis

With all the planning over the last 20 years for a coach, we need a larger (longer) coach for added individual bunk space.

Incredible Images......................

Front of the Coach!

This coach has been 'Wrapped' in Avery A9 Opaque Vinyl.  Avery claims their film will hold it's lustre in direct sunlight for 9 years.

Hidden from your view (opening front bumper and grillwork) is a 6300 watt Onan Power Plant on a rolling track for servicing.

Neo-Angle Shower w/ Brass Fixtures

Private Bathroom!  Don't you just hate 'open' floor plans that have the flush smack dab in the middle of the hallway to the bedroom?  I do and this is why we put in a separate closeable space for privacy!
